Fredrik has about 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance from both the advisory side at PWC and from Aller Media. Fredrik has completed and evaluated more than 100 transactions, held a number of leading operational and strategic roles and has been a member of Aller Media's Group Management.
Fredrik holds a master's degree in accounting and marketing from Uppsala University.
Jonas has over 15 years of experience with management positions where he has successfully driven change processes and digital growth journeys in various sectors, such as the media industry (Aller Media), the communications industry (Make Your Mark) and SaaS (Planhat).
Jonas studied media and communication science at Uppsala University and holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Technology from Södertörn University.
