Fredrik has over 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance, gained from both the advisory side at PwC and from Aller Media. He has completed and evaluated more than 100 transactions and has held several senior operational and strategic roles, including serving as a member of Aller Media’s Group Management.
Fredrik holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Uppsala University.
Jonas has over 15 years of management experience, where he has successfully led transformation processes and digital growth initiatives across sectors including media (Aller Media), communications (Make Your Mark), and SaaS (Planhat).
He studied Media and Communication Science at Uppsala University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Technology from Södertörn University.
