The Transaction

FLB Partners had overall responsibility for the sale process — from initial preparation to negotiation and closing. Our work included financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials, project management and support in the dialogue between the parties. Through this acquisition, Sjöskolan expanded its educational offering with new YH programs, creating synergies between the two organizations and strengthening skills supply in the maritime sector.
