Background

Moore Allegretto is a Swedish audit and advisory firm based in Stockholm with around 35 employees. In the summer of 2025, Moore Allegretto merged with Accru Partners, a group of independent firms within audit, accounting, tax and advisory services.

FLB Partners' Role

FLB Partners acted as financial advisor to the owners of Moore Allegretto in completing the transaction, providing M&A advisory, negotiation support and equity value calculation.
